PAYMENTS
Hourly and daily rates are the most common way we bill for handyman services. Most of the time handyman services are paid when the job(s) are completed. However some projects can’t be completed in a day or two. Larger projects may include repairing or building entire structures such as fences, docks, boat houses, porches, decks, patios and pergolas. In these cases the payment terms are based on the completion of the job, build, or project. For example terms may be 50% down and 50% upon completion and even larger projects may be in stages 30%-30%-30%-10%.
